304: general model; That's 18/8 Stainless Steel. Products such as: corrosion - resistant containers, tableware, furniture, railings, medical equipment. The standard composition is 18% chromium and 8% nickel. It is a non-magnetic stainless steel which cannot be changed by heat treatment method. GB brand is 06Cr19Ni10.
304 L: the same characteristics as 304, but low carbon, so more corrosion resistance, easy heat treatment, but poor mechanical properties suitable for welding and not easy heat treatment products.
304 N: the same characteristics as 304, is a nitrogenous stainless steel, nitrogen is added in order to improve the strength of steel.
309: compared with 304 has a better temperature resistance, temperature up to 980℃.
309S: good heat and oxidation resistance due to large amount of chromium and nickel. Products such as heat exchangers, boiler components, jet engines.
310: Excellent high temperature oxidation resistance, the highest service temperature 1200℃.
